1. General Terms By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Heritage Tour Services Ltd (Company No. 16967963) operates this site.
2. Bookings & Add-ons
- Standard Bookings: Managed via the Bokun platform.
- Add-ons: Any "extra hours" or bespoke additions arranged outside the initial booking are managed directly. Payment for these must be settled via our SumUp payment link or card reader before the service is rendered.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.
- How to Cancel: To ensure your request is timestamped and recorded, all cancellations must be made in writing by emailing paul@thewindsorinsider.com. Cancellation requests made via telephone, social media, or third parties will not be considered valid until confirmed by us via email.
4. Liability Heritage Tour Services Ltd is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during a tour, except where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We recommend all guests have valid travel insurance.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
